Unique Aircraft

1,984,563

ADS-B Points

CDG logged 2,601 flights across seven days from January 21 to 27, 2026, flown by 871 unique aircraft registered in more than 50 countries. Arrivals dominated the capture, accounting for 2,252 movements against 349 departures. Traffic averaged 15.5 flights per hour and roughly 372 flights per day, with the busiest single day falling on January 27 at 426 total movements. The peak hour was 07:00 CET, which produced 252 flights, 242 of them arrivals. Activity dropped sharply through the small hours, reaching a low of just 6 flights in the 02:00 hour, before climbing steeply again from 04:00 onward. London Heathrow was the top connected airport with 69 total movements, followed by Barcelona and Bordeaux at 47 each, then Nice at 45 and Marseille at 43. Geneva, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Rome Fiumicino, and Toulouse rounded out the top ten. Approach directions were broadly distributed, with SSW leading at 296 tracks, followed by ESE at 257 and E at 244. Departures spread more evenly, with NW and ESE tied at 55 each. Altitude data drawn from nearly two million ADS-B position points shows the largest concentrations at 1,000-2,000 feet, 35,000-36,000 feet, and 37,000-38,000 feet, with a recorded ceiling of 44,600 feet reached by French-registered F-HTYM. The shortest tracked flight was a 5.5 nautical mile arrival from Paris Le Bourget lasting just over four minutes. The longest covered 2,420 nautical miles in 105 minutes, flown by Chinese-registered B-1133. Average leg distance was 643 nautical miles at an average groundspeed of 324 knots. French-registered aircraft made up the largest share of the fleet at 240 of 871 unique aircraft, with US and British registrations second and third at 88 and 78 respectively.

What SkyPath Customers Say

Reviews from customers across our airport print collection.

Great gift to commemorate trip!

We ordered the LHR image (aurora/light) as a gift for our son who is in college and training to be a commercial airline pilot. We had taken a family trip to London and this was the perfect gift for him. He loved the image, and immediately scanned the included QR code to review the flight data that is available to support each map. The quality and delivery timing were exceptional. We will definitely order more!
