Airport Prints

Full disclosure: I am an aviation nerd, also known as an AvGeek. So most anything aviation or airplane related gets my attention. However, this print is just on another level of awesomeness. To be able to see the arrival and departure patterns of airplanes at your home airport is amazing. I love the fact that you can choose the best color palette that creates an image that draws your eye, every time you look at the print. Shipping was fast and the print was packed carefully and it arrived with no issues. Along with the print came a certificate with an explanation of how the data was captured and processed, along with a QR code that takes you to a webpage with animated flight path of the airplane traffic that makes up your print. I highly recommend one of these prints for the pilot or aviation nerd in your life! Or anyone else that is interested in a unique, non-ordinary print to hang on your wall.

There have been two main loves in my life, the appreciation of flying and art in both my professional and personal lives. Career-wise, 3,500-plus hours in the air and flying my plane on business into 16 states—and FAA Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award. Professionally, many graphic design awards— including a Certificate of Merit from the New York City Art Directors Club annual exhibition. This Denver Airport print combines aviation and art. I think if Wilbur Wright and Von Gogh could see it, their reaction would be, “Hot damn!” Well, that’s mine, too.

Great gift to commemorate trip!

We ordered the LHR image (aurora/light) as a gift for our son who is in college and training to be a commercial airline pilot. We had taken a family trip to London and this was the perfect gift for him. He loved the image, and immediately scanned the included QR code to review the flight data that is available to support each map. The quality and delivery timing were exceptional. We will definitely order more!
