7. Flight Logbook Data

• You retain ownership of your flight data.
• By submitting your data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to generate your custom print, fulfill your order, and provide the Service.
• We do not share your raw flight logbook data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with the law.

8. User Content

• Any personalization details you provide (text, colors, labels) are considered user content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content solely for generating your print and fulfilling your order.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and graphics on the Service are our property or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
